When do I pay the leasing fee?

Only after we place a qualified, screened resident. If the home isn't leased, you don't pay a leasing fee — we're invested in filling your vacancy quickly.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. We bill maintenance at cost with no markups, and there are no setup, onboarding, or cancellation fees. Everything is itemized on your monthly owner statement.

Can I switch plans later?
